Gorenje part-relocates refrigerator production
Serbian plant to manufacture combi products from March 2010
Gorenje is reported to be relocating part of its refrigerator production from Slovenia to Serbia, a decision expected to be formally announced by the end of February.
In 2006, Gorenje invested €20 million in a plant in the Serbian town of Valjevo. Local sources said today that combi products will be produced at the facility from March this year, while output of top-end products will remain in Slovenia.
